OUR COMPANY
Shelterworks Construction Development Corporation (SCDC) was established in South Luzon in 2015 as a residential construction company. This explains its expertise in structural and finishing details. SCDC has built hundreds of houses in exclusive villages and continues to build more. Today, the company is expanding on commercial, industrial, fit-out, and government projects.
The Filipino-owned company initially started as a Trading Company registered as 25x Shelterworks Star Specialist Enterprises with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in May 2002. The company has operated from North to South of Luzon selling various construction materials house-to-house. Passionate in the field of construction and composed of determined entrepreneurs, SCDC was established. From a company that started as a trading business, it has now grown to a company that specializes in Construction, Planning and Design, and Import-Export of construction materials.

Security Exchange Commission
SCDC were approved and registered by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in July 2015. SEC is the national government regulatory agency responsible for supervising the corporate sector in the Philippines.
